In partnership with www.myBlueprint.ca/ocsb, students from Grades 8-11 will select their 2015-2016 courses online. This is an exciting venture!

By Monday, February 9th, 2015, all students from Grades 8-11 must make sure they have an active myblueprint account.  Their account is active if they:

Go into myblueprint.ca/ocsb and sign up as a new user

Entered their OEN number (found at the top of a report card)

Entered their birth date

Entered their school board email (firstname.lastname@ocsbstudent.ca)

Created a password

Verified their myblueprint account by going into their email

Once all of this information is completed, students will then log in as an existing user (and enter their email and password).

Guidance Counsellors will be doing class presentations between February 17th and 27th. During this time, students will be picking their courses for the 2015-2016 school year through myblueprint.ca/ocsb. Once they complete their course selections in the high school planner of myblueprint, parents/guardians should verify the course selections. We strongly encourage parents/guardians of grade 8 students to follow teacher recommendations regarding next year’s courses and academic levels. These recommendations will be going home with grade 8 students with their report cards on February 12th, 2015. We also encourage students and parents to follow the recommended prerequisite marks in Math, English and Science. Students and parents will have until March 2nd, 2015 to make changes to their courses in myblueprint (and should not hit the submit button until they are completely satisfied with their course selections).
