We are in the preliminary stages of planning our 18th Annual Overseas Educational Trip, which will take us to Italy and Greece from April 12 - April 21, 2019 (subject to board approval). Our school will be participating with other high schools in our school board. Explorica is offering a special travel grant savings of $255 until April 30.

We will explore and study the main historical sites of various cities, plus attend mass in Rome. Some key points of interest will be the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel, the Colosseum, Gladiator school, Capri and Blue Grotto excursion, Pompeii, Delphi, Parthenon and Acropolis. Participating students are expected to be performing well academically, have an impeccable behaviour record and can afford to take this time away from their studies.

High school students are invited to attend an information meeting at lunch on Friday, April 6 in room 232. A meeting for interested Grade 8 students will be held on Friday, April 6 at 11:45 a.m. in the Learning Commons. A consent form will be given out at the meeting which needs to be completed and returned with parent/guardian signature and teacher references before students can enroll online.
